Patrick Iglinsky

Chief Executive Officer

Patrick is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.  With over 20 years of experience and tens of thousands of loans closed on time, he started Cinch Funding to find a more efficient way to get customers from app to fund with a better rate.  If he is not in the office then you can call him on his cell phone while he is probably playing golf, mountain biking, snowboarding, or helping coach one of his 4 daughter’s soccer games.

Steven Chiou

Chief Operating Officer

While studying for his Masters in Business Administration, Steven took a job in the mail room at Fannie Mae where he spent 13 years in various positions learning the mortgage business from a loan’s final destination forward.  Steven switched to the origination side over the last 25 years and has run Capital Markets for some of the industry’s most successful mortgage companies. The mortgage business is tough but not as cutthroat as the mandatory military service in Taiwan. Steven’s wife and daughter love to travel while he works 24/7.
